Anne Condon studied printed textiles at the National College of Art and Design in Dublin in the early eighties. Her interest in printmaking was kindled when she visited York Open Studios in 2015.
Since then she has experimented with the Drypoint print making technique, etching an image into a plastic sheet. She is now trying Lino printing as she would like to be able to use multiple colours in her work. This technique also allows for some crossover of ideas from her illustrative work.
She is a great fan of all things feline and this is reflected in both her printed and illustrative work, examples of which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/anne.condon.503.
